6MT / Manual Transmission

This mapping includes refinements to boost, fueling, timing, and per-gear throttle mapping for a smoother driving experience.

Expected Power — Stock

  • 91–93: 270–290 whp and 340–360 wtq — Boost target: 18 psi
  • E40: 320–330 whp and 380–400 wtq — Boost target: 19 psi

Expected Power — Stock + Supported Intake

  • 91–93: 300–320 whp and 340–360 wtq — Boost target: 18 psi
  • E40: 340–360 whp and 380–400 wtq — Boost target: 19 psi
SPT / CVT Transmission

This mapping includes refinements to boost, fueling, timing, and per-gear throttle mapping for all three SI-Drive modes.

  • I: Low-power economy mode
  • S: Increased part-throttle boost target with more linear power delivery
  • S#: Increased part-throttle boost targets with more aggressive power delivery

Expected Power — Stock

  • 91–93: 270–290 whp and 300–320 wtq — Boost target: 18 psi

Expected Power — Stock + Supported Intake

  • 91–93: 300–320 whp and 320–340 wtq — Boost target: 18 psi

E40 and E85 are available for Manual transmission only; neither is available for SPT / CVT vehicles.

Map delivery & after-purchase support

Your OTS map is delivered through your project in the Dotson Tuning customer portal, keeping your map, instructions, vehicle details, and messages together.

  1. Open your project. After payment, look for your portal welcome email. Sign in using the same email address you used at checkout and follow the sign-in steps. No separate portal password is needed.
  2. Confirm your setup. Review your model year, transmission, fuel, intake, J-pipe, intercooler, and Accessport serial number. Provide any missing or corrected details in your project before your map is prepared.
  3. Download your map and instructions. Within 48 hours after purchase, you will be contacted with your map, instructions for loading it and datalogging, and any other required details. Your files and instructions are provided through your portal project.

Questions after delivery? Send a message in your project. Your OTS purchase includes one map; routine datalog reviews and custom revisions are not included. If you have an issue, request help in the project first. Calvin can approve a troubleshooting log upload when needed.

The portal works in a browser on your phone or computer; an app is not required.

COBB Accessport required. Accessport hardware is not included with this map.
