Map delivery & communication through your portal
Your Dotson Tuning customer portal keeps your vehicle details, tune files, datalogs, instructions, and messages with Calvin together in one project.
- Open your project. After payment, look for your portal welcome email. Sign in using the same email address you used at checkout and follow the sign-in steps. No separate portal password is needed.
- Complete your vehicle details. Confirm your vehicle, transmission, fuel, modifications, and Accessport serial number in your project. You will be contacted within 48 hours after purchase for the information needed to get started.
- Download your first map. Once your information has been provided and reviewed, your initial tune and instructions for loading it and datalogging will be delivered through your project.
- Continue the tuning process in your project. Upload the requested datalogs, download tune revisions, and use project messages for questions, updates, and feedback from Calvin.
Return to the same project for communication after your purchase so your conversation stays with the correct vehicle and tune. The portal works in a browser on your phone or computer; an app is not required.
